Guidelines for work in 2022

I hope this message finds you happy and healthy. I am excited to begin decluttering and organizing again in the new year. As 2022 begins, there are Updated Guidelines that need to be followed. Please read through the following carefully. Clients

  • Full vaccination status (2 doses minimum) is required to schedule sessions. This is for the health and safety of all clients.

  • If you are sick or not feeling well, please cancel the appointment. If you have a high temperature, please cancel. If someone in your home is not feeling well, please cancel. If you have been in recent contact with someone who is sick, please cancel. If you have allergies with uncontrollable sneezing, please cancel.

  • Wear a mask. Preferably a medical grade mask (surgical, N95, KN95) that wraps behind the ears to give a secure fit as our sessions can be very active. If you do not have a medical grade mask, I will provide you with one. Cloth masks are not acceptable.

  • Wash your hands before and after a session. Use hand sanitizer and/or wipes whenever appropriate. Wear gloves as a precaution if you'd like.

  • Family members and visitors that are not actively working with us during the session are not permitted. Secure pets as appropriate.

  • Maintain an appropriate amount of social distance (at least six feet) during the session. This will change how our sessions typically look. For example, we will not be able to work together inside a closet. However, you can be at a staging area (a bed or table) making decisions on items I remove from/return to the closet.

  • Hands-free credit card payment will be used. Rather than swipe a credit card I will send an invoice via email which can then be paid via credit card online. Payment by check is still acceptable, and pre-payment of sessions is always allowed.

My responsibility

  • I am fully vaccinated (3 doses).

  • If I am sick or not feeling well, I will cancel the appointment. If I have a high temperature, I will cancel. If someone in my home is sick or not feeling well, I will cancel. If I have been in recent contact with someone who is sick, I will cancel.

  • I will wear a clean mask at each session.

  • I will wash my hands before and after a session, and use hand sanitizer and/or wipes whenever appropriate.

  • I will maintain an appropriate amount of social distance (at least six feet) during the session.

  • I will maintain adequate sanitation/disinfection of supplies.

  • I am staying home as much as possible to avoid exposure to others.

  • I am wearing a mask when I go out and am maintaining appropriate social distancing.

  • I am working with only one client per day.

  • I can take donations after our session as long as Goodwill and/or St. Vinnys is open and accepting donations.

Thank you for taking the time to read the updated guidelines. Your health and well-being are my highest priorities. Please be patient as we continue to navigate through frequently changing guidance.
